Fruit Chocolate

Hello cookers wiih udah lebaran nih, Mohon Maaf Lahir Batin yah cookers.

Wah kayaknya makanan di lebaran semuanya berlemak nih, perlu dinetralin sama yang seger-seger tapi menyehatkan apalagi kalo bukan BUAJH.  Resep ini juga cocok buat si kecil yang susah makan buah, resep masa kecil admin yang dulu sering banget dibuatin sama ibu.

Resepnya simpel, hanya buah-buahan dan aneka ragam coklat rasa.  Untuk buah tergantung selera yah, tapi kalo admin ngerekomendasiin buah-buah berikut ini:

Bahan-Bahan:

1, Kiwi
2. Strawberry
3. Pisang
4. Pepaya
5. Tomat cery
7. Tusukan sate
8. Milk Chocolate

Cara Membuat:

1.Potong buah-buahan dengan ukran yang disesuaikan, tapi tidak untuk tomat cerynya.
2. Tusuk buah-buahan tadi dengan komposisi selang seling (seperti membuat satai kebab).
3. Lelehkan coklat balok tadi, lalu celupkan buah-buahannya dan bekukan ke dalam freezer.

No Baked Blueberry Cheesecake

No Baked Blueberry Cheesecake
SO much fruit around the house! You know it’s time to make food out of them when you’ve been dwelling on them for the last two weeks!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups blueberries - some mashed, diced, whole
graham crackers
5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp blueberry purée
250g cream cheese
60 mL light cream
1 1/2 tbsp gelatin
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare the cake bottom by mixing the butter with the crushed graham crackers and spread onto a cake pan.
2. Freeze the cake bottom once it’s ready.
3. Beat the cream cheese till it’s soft.
4. Add in gelatin (mixed with 3 tbsp of cold water) to the cream cheese along with the light cream.
5. Add in sugar and prepared blueberries and beat.
6. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and place in fridge.
7. Check the cake around 10-20 minutes later. If mixture is starting to set, pour in the puree and use a spatula to create a pattern on the top of the cake for a marble effect.

Since it’s been so hot lately, I froze the cheesecake and ate it. Tastes just as good!

Nah, berhubung pakai gelatin, karena kita muslim, jadi harap teliti pas milih gelatinnya.
Pilih gelatin yang halal (sapi)..
Gelatin itu terbuat dari kulit dan tulang babi atau sapi. Sebagai umat muslim yang peduli akan aturan, mohon teliti yaa..salah salah nanti dosa :D

Nah, buahnya juga gak mesti blueberry kok...
